Have you been to our shop before? If not, you should come by for a chat and see what it's like. 

The first thing you might notice is the size. We're far from a big shop. Our space is small, but we work continuously to make it more efficient

Then you might notice that we're a small team. This two-wheeled sitcom is held together by three people and while we're damn good at what we do, we are feeling the positive pressure for growth. 

As the shop owner, I wear too many hats. My team, Judy and Denis, also wear more hats than they should. We want to grow to better serve our clients and community. 

We're not just hiring, we're ready to welcome new and passionate team members  to be a part of our little community focused bike shop.  

What position's are we looking to fill?

I'm going to lay it all out there. There's no "specific" position we're trying to fill. The reality is we're over-reaching and I firmly believe the right individuals with the right fit and skillset could help us take things to the next level. 

I love wrenching on bikes, but I also like learning about marketing and websites. Then there's social media and customer service. What about ecommerce and product ordering or inventory management? Not to mention social media, sales and staying up to date on the latest bicycle industry tech and products. 

Everyone of those things are a "hat" and right now were struggling to wear them all. 

You're probably really good at something on that list. If you're good AND you love bikes AND you can listen to the customers needs and respond with genuine kindness and curiosity, then you might be a good fit and we'd love to have a chat with you.
